Job Description

About the Role

Are you highly organised, confident working with systems and someone who notices when the numbers just don't look right?

This role plays an important part in supporting our production operations by ensuring production and inventory information is accurate, reconciled and flowing correctly through our business systems.

Working closely with our Production Analyst and operational teams, you'll investigate discrepancies, reconcile production orders, resolve system and transactional issues and provide day-to-day support to stakeholders across the business.

This isn't your typical administration position. We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data and systems, investigating discrepancies and finding solutions.

You don't need previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. If you have worked confidently with an ERP system and have exceptional attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and maintaining accurate production and inventory data within our ERP systems.
  • Investigating and resolving production, inventory and sales data discrepancies.
  • Reconciling production orders against operational data and external reporting.
  • Identifying incorrect transactions and investigating the cause of discrepancies.
  • Working closely with production teams to resolve system and data issues.
  • Monitoring and actioning requests through the Inventory Support ticketing system.
  • Supporting the timely and accurate closure of reconciled production orders.
  • Maintaining data integrity and correcting invalid or inaccurate information.
  • Assisting with new data requirements and system updates.
  • Preparing reporting on data issues, trends and recurring discrepancies.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Providing ERP system support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Production Analyst with day-to-day activities and providing coverage when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised and has an exceptional eye for detail.

You'll enjoy investigating problems, understanding why something has gone wrong and working through the information to find the right solution.

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience working with an ERP system.
  • Strong administration, data, inventory or production support experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience reconciling, validating or reviewing data.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Confidence learning new systems and processes.
  • The ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different areas of a business.

Experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, inventory, warehousing or supply chain would be highly regarded.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous but not essential.

What's in It for You?

At SunPork, you'll be joining a supportive team and a role where the work you do directly contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of our production operations.

You'll also enjoy:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday position
  • Immediate start available
  • Free onsite parking at Eagle Farm
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to production, inventory, systems and data functions
  • Employee discounts across hundreds of retailers
