As a member of the Maintenance team your role will work very closely with the Engineering procurement manager to maintain effective store operations for the maintenance team to ensure limited equipment downtime and cost-effective storage items.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Take delivery of goods and supplies, unload goods check against order forms
Receipt deliveries against PO, using D365 Advance warehouse system, liaise with suppliers on any discrepancies
Repack deliveries to set location
Ensure all shelves and cabinets are properly labelled for scanning and efficiency
Package and send rotatable or any parts as required, to suppliers (blade sharpening, strapper modules, parts for repairs, trolley wheels.)
Update freight register with consignment details.
Service store counter by picking parts or power tools for trades, planners and all employees as required
Complete transfer orders and process PO’s for Mex work orders and move to Mex tubs, daily.
Label tubs with Mex numbers, update and communicate Mex arrival/completion sheet for traceability.
Ensure that the engineering store is always kept clean, tidy and orderly.
Complete Quarterly and annual stocktakes
Forklift operations as and when required.
