Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily sales, logistics, cold storage, and supply planning operations while ensuring a high level of customer service and workflow efficiency.

Working closely with the Customer Fulfilment & Supply Manager, Logistics Coordinator, and Sales Managers, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support across multiple business functions. This position is also responsible for assisting with leave coverage and supporting operational demands during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of sales orders
  • Coordinate and communicate order amendments including delivery dates, quantities, and timeslots
  • Arrange transport bookings as required
  • Investigate and resolve logistics enquiries including late or missed deliveries
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Customer Fulfilment, Logistics, and Sales teams
  • Assist with workload balancing and leave coverage across the Customer Fulfilment team
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of workplace health, safety, and animal welfare standards
  • Carry out additional reasonable duties as required

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working collaboratively across different teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous data entry or administration experience (1–2 years preferred but not essential)
  • Experience supporting sales teams with reporting or data collection will be highly regarded
