Title: Customer Fulfilment Coordinator

Location: Eagle Farm, QLD

Hours: Full-time - 38hrs p/week, Monday to Friday

Reporting to: National Business Manager - Supermarkets

Job Description

Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to support the coordination of customer orders, transport logistics and supply planning across our national operations.

Working closely with Sales Managers, Supply Planners and Logistics Coordinators, this role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are scheduled efficiently and our supply chain runs smoothly.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where strong organisation, communication and attention to detail help keep multiple moving parts on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate order amendments including delivery dates, quantities and timeslots
  • Book transport and assist with logistics coordination as required
  • Respond to delivery issues, delays and logistics enquiries
  • Generate accurate invoices and support sales administration processes
  • Provide administrative support across the wider administration team

You're organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. You enjoy working with different teams and take pride in ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

You will bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in administration or data entry (preferred, but not essential)
  • Good excel and general computer skills

Experience supporting sales teams or working with logistics or in supply planning environments will be highly regarded.
