Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to lead proactive sourcing strategies for key and critical roles across business units nationally.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role manages the full recruitment lifecycle - from role briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer - while building strong talent pipelines and continuously improving recruitment systems and processes.
This is a hands-on, fast paced role suited to someone who enjoys balancing blue-collar and professional recruitment, thrives on building relationships, and 'thinks like a marketer' when promoting roles and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead role briefings and design targeted sourcing strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white collar roles
Build and maintain proactive talent pools and sourcing pipelines
Deliver structured screening, shortlisting and candidate experience processes
Partner with leaders to provide practical recruitment advice
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment systems and talent strategies
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You're a proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys partnering with operational leaders. This stand-alone role means you balance attention to detail with strong stakeholder engagement, and you genuinely care about candidate experience.
You will bring:
Experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Business Partner
Exposure to both blue-collar and professional recruitment (highly regarded)
Strong prioritisation and multitasking capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail across recruitment processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills and general systems confidence
