Title: Feedmill Operator
Location: Warra, QLD (40mins North of Dalby, QLD)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Full Time + Overtime
Reporting to: Feedmill Production Manager

About the Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our feedmill - keeping equipment operating safely and ensuring high-quality feed production for our animals.
You'll be involved in:
- Assisting with the daily operation and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
- Spotting opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensuring feed is produced safely and to a quality standards
- Collecting and reporting on operational data to support production targets
It's a practical steady role with plenty of variety - where you know your work makes a difference
Skills & Experience

- Are reliable, safety-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Can work weekends or public holidays if needed
- Are keen to grow your skills - we'll support you with on-the job training
- Have a forklift licence (bonus, not essential)
