Opportunity
This hands-on position plays a key part in maintaining the electrical systems that keep our farm operations running safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll work across multiple sites, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, completing scheduled maintenance and supporting the wider maintenance team.
This role offers a mix of preventative and reactive electrical work across farm buildings, feeding systems and site utilities - ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem solving and getting out on the road.

About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering safe, reliable electrical support across our farm sites, ensuring equipment and systems operate effectively and with minimal downtime.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Plan and prioritise electrical maintenance work with site and maintenance leaders
Carry out preventative, reactive and breakdown electrical maintenance
Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment across farm sites
Estimate job timeframes, costs and source materials within budget
Maintain tools, equipment and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Participate in after-hours and weekend emergency call-outs as required
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You're a hands-on electrician who takes pride in your work, communicates well and enjoys being a part of a reliable, down-to-earth team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A current electrical trade qualification with proven fault-finding ability
A current drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites
Basic computer skills for job reporting and documentation
Strong communication skills paired with good time management
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A safety-focused mindset and be flexible with work hours when required
